    Mayor Tony HarpMarch Ahead!: It seems March came in like a lion, as the saying goes, with more snow and cold weather, but no matter what, on March 20th weíll welcome the first day of spring, and that should bring with it some warmer, sunnier days.

    There are events planned throughout the city to help everyone transition into spring.

    Friday, March 6th marks the first installment of Whatís On9 in New Havenís Historic 9th Square Neighborhood. On the first Friday of each month On9 will feature the artistic, musical, and design innovations of 9th Square. Updates and details about On9 are available at www.on9newhaven.com.
