Motion to approve made by Maureen O’Sullivan-Best. Seconded by Wayne Hobbs; motion passed.

E. New Business
Discussion regarding absenteeism. Letters to go to Dwight Management Team and Newhallville Management Team to replace CRB members.
F. Unfinished Business
Chairman of Bylaws Committee, Robert Spirito, presented updates for Bylaws.

Board of Aldermen report by representative O’Sullivan-Best: taser usage report to Public Safety prepared by a Yale legislative aide. One stolen taser.
Review Panel A Chair, Robert Spirito, reported on cases read.
Review Panel B Chair, Mary Blair was absent; no report.
H. Report from Internal Affairs
Captain Blanchard reported there were 13 cases closed for September. There were thirteen (13) new complaints filed this month compared to seventeen (17) for the same period in 2010.
Several General Orders are done and signed by Board of Police Commissioners. When completed, GO’s will be in binder in IA for CRB.
NHPD and NHFD to begin recruitment.
- Lieutenant Duff spoke about his history with the New Haven Police Department and looking forward to this new position as OIC of Internal Affairs.
