Behavioral Health Consultants, your EAP provider New Haven’s Department of Human Resources has made available the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all city employees and their dependents. EAP provides counseling and referral services to assist employees who are experiencing problems that may impact job performance and quality of life. Behavioral Health Consultants is staffed by qualified mental health professionals with a variety of clinical experience and training in behavioral health and addictions.
