    Overview: The City of New Haven wishes to engage the services of a property management firm to provide total twenty-four (24) hour building operations and maintenance services for City Hall, 165 Church Street, the Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, The Millennium Plaza, and the Pedestrian Way, otherwise known as the Government Center Complex, including a parking facility (9 spaces) and Pitkin tunnel electrical and mechanical.

    City Hall is a 115,000 gross square foot building, with various level and building demeanors. The Hall of Records is 98,000 gross square feet.

    This RFP is for the overall management and operation of the property, including, but not limited to its physical and operational components.
